MEET CHRISTINE
¡Hola a todos! My name is Christine Vitiello. I live and work in Mexico teaching Spanish to English speakers.
I am a certified language teacher with two master's degrees, one in applied linguistics in Spanish from Middlebury College and the second from Rutgers Graduate School of Education in K-12 language teaching. Together with my education and living full-time in a Spanish speaking country, I am experienced in creating and delivering individualized lesson plans that enable my students to quickly advance their language skills.
I enjoy teaching language that is meaningful to my students. What does that mean? I develop lessons that are interesting to my students. Whether they have a passion for riding horses or playing Fortnite, I tailor the lessons to include fun vocabulary, activities and tasks that are based on their topics of choice.
Don't worry, it isn't all fun and games! The underlying objective is to speak and use Spanish with confidence. The lessons focus on the use of different grammatical structures without the explicit teaching of these rules.

LESSONS
As your teacher, I meet you wherever you are on your language journey. Classes are learner-centered and tailored to you, and students actively participate in each lesson. The key to learning language is exposure and practice. The goal of the class is to spend as much time as possible speaking in the language. We accomplish this through readings, games, songs, activities, and videos in Spanish. The more time we can spend together, the more successful you will be at improving your language skills.

HOW DO ONLINE LESSONS WORK?
It's simple, together we tailor a plan that meets your needs. Typical classes are 45 minutes and meet 1-3 times per week with our schedule set on a monthly basis. After each lesson, I provide personalized feedback and offer additional resources and activities to continue your advancement and to prepare you for the next lesson. Prices include a customized learning plan based. I will work with you to come up with a program that meets your needs.

Payment is transacted through PayPal at least one business day prior to your scheduled lesson. If you don’t have a PayPal account, it is free and easy to download and simple to use. Download the PayPal app here.
You can reschedule your lesson any time up to 24 hours prior to the start time. No refunds or reschedules are available should you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson.
